The Pastificio La Ginestra is a family-run artisan company that has been
producing fresh frozen pasta, both filled and unfilled, since 1999. It has a
long experience in the catering sector and obtains products that meet the needs
and tastes of all those who work in the kitchen, both professionally and as a
family, guaranteeing the safety of genuineness and the flavour of haute
gastronomy. The La Ginestra pasta factory is located in Val Bormida, a hilly
area on the border between Liguria and Piedmont, where filled pasta in particular
has always played an important role in traditional cuisine.
An essential prerequisite of all production is the careful selection of raw
materials, flanked by meticulous control during the various processing stages.
All products are characterised by a thin, yet equally resistant sheet of pasta
during cooking, and tasty fillings that bring out flavours from the garden, the
forest and the sea, just like homemade pasta, with the safety and reliability
of production carried out according to the most up-to-date European food safety
standards.
