Crastan Caffè is a roasting coffee company that combines craftsmanship with technological innovation.
Caffè Crastan, was born in the 1940s
in La Spezia as a high-class establishment frequented by Duke Amedeo d'Aosta
and the élite officers of the Regia Marina, a sumptuous salon that was
fashionable in the society of the time. Today, a few kilometres from its
hometown, in Arcola, it has become a very modern roasting coffee company that
successfully exploits its heritage of jealously preserved ancient blends. The
equipment is continuously updated, pods and capsules are made of compostable
material, and quality control is constant. In the factory there is a museum on
the history of coffee, moke and espresso machines: "History and culture
guide us every day in our work".
