Grazia and Pasqualina helped by Fabio and Marta, who represent the 4th generation of the family line, are the howners of the "Frantoio" that started operating in the 1930's; and same as in the early days the "Antico Frantoio Eena Luigi snc" works from the basics of olive growing until a superb finished product. Elena Pasquale, the founder and grandfather of Grazia and Pasqualina, started with just a few olive trees of the Taggiasca kind, while Elena Luigi, Pasquale's son, expanded operations and range of products, reaching the variety we have today. The firm, these days, is well known and appreciated for the quality of its many products and operates with a wider range since the times of mr. Luigi, but without changing the craft and the level of quality. We like to remember some of the best known specialities: extravergin olive oil, taggiasche olives in brine, the delicious "antipasti" like the artichokes, mushrooms, the fancy sauces and creams.
