Founded in 1878 by Giacomo Astengo, this artisan
pastry-maker has been baking bitter almond
maca-roons now for five generations following
traditional family recipes. Renown for their amaretti
macaroons and for “Antica Genova” pandolce
(Genoese sweetbread) - they also specialize in
the production of biscuits, fresh and dried pasta,
traditional salty pies, bakery products, salty
snacks, and candied fruit. The quality of the ingredients
used and the love and tradition in their products
give their clients a unique taste experience.
