The 'La Ginestra' pasta factory produces filled pasta (32 types),
non-filled pasta (15 types) and gnocchi and chicche (6 types). Ravioloni,
trofie, tagliolini, tondelli and nettles gnocchi are just a few examples of a
first-class gourmet choice based on Ligurian and Italian tradition.
The products are distinguished by their thin sheet, suitable for the needs
of fast, quality cooking. The entire production chain, from receipt of raw
materials to delivery to the customer, follows strict standards and controls to
ensure an impeccable product every time.
When selecting raw materials, special attention is paid to the origin of
the flours and products such as vegetables and beef and pork. No conservants
are added because deep-freezing allows all the organoleptic (smell, taste,
colour) and nutritional qualities of the product to be maintained unaltered for
more than 12 months.
