In eastern Liguria, in the heart of the Val di Magra, in Sarzana, along the Via dei Molini leading to the ancient Malaspina castle, you reach the Ambrosini Oil Mill, which has been producing high quality organic extra virgin olive oil since 1923, obtained by exclusively mechanical pressing, and stone-ground soft wheat flour.

The oil is cold-pressed from the best quality fresh olives, such as frantoio, leccino and moraiolo, and is not filtered but naturally decanted to preserve the scents and aromas unaltered.

Molino's flours, rich in bran and with total preservation of the germ, the noblest and tastiest part of the seed, have an authentic aroma and unsurpassed taste. In addition to its main products, oil and flour, the company produces many other excellent products from the area on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, following an ancient tradition and expertise that combines the best of two Italian food cultures of excellence.
