to the ancient Malaspina castle, you reach the Ambrosini Oil Mill, which has
been producing high quality organic extra virgin olive oil since 1923, obtained
by exclusively mechanical pressing, and stone-ground soft wheat flour.
The oil
is cold-pressed from the best quality fresh olives, such as frantoio, leccino
and moraiolo, and is not filtered but naturally decanted to preserve the scents
and aromas unaltered.
Molino's flours, rich
in bran and with total preservation of the germ, the noblest and tastiest part
of the seed, have an authentic aroma and unsurpassed taste. In addition to its
