The pastry-makers, Pasticceria Sanpietro offer
an ample range of products made exclusively
with prime quality ingredients. It makes traditional,
modern, and ceremonial cakes, mignon pastries,
biscuits of all types, pralines, hollow-shelled chocolates,
semifreddo ice cream and ice cream. Its
specialties are Genoese raised panettone; “Vecchia
Zena”, Milanese, and Venetian panettone;
pandoro, colombe, amaretti, capricci, artistic chocolate,
and Easter eggs. They also make custommade
gift confections.
