The pastry excellences made by Renzo and Lucia
are their kisses, “baci di Loano”, made from
an ancient local recipe. They are made entirely
by hand, and contain only top quality ingredients,
like nuts from the Piedmont, extra dark chocolate
and honey from local bee-keepers. With a touch
of sugar, the perfume of vanilla, and a drop of
rum, a recipe that has conquered the palates of
generations is brought to life.
