Francesco Landini comes from a family that is
dedicated to the culinary arts. His father is a chef,
and his two older brothers are pastry-chefs. Ever
since he was a boy he has been working in artisan
workshops that specialize in particular in the
working of chocolate, his great passion. These
years of experience encouraged him to open his
own chocolate boutique in 2005, which he now
runs together with his wife. Pasticceria il Mandorlo
offers specialty chocolate, pralines, and chocolate
eggs.
