The pastry-makers, Pasticceria Galletti, are a
family company created in 1969 by the couple,
Ettore and Silvana Galletti, when they came back
from Peru where they ran a bakery. Since then,
thanks to its high quality, Pasticceria Galletti has
expanded to satisfy ever-increasing demand
for its products. Today its kitchen has modern
equipment, three ovens, and a sales point selling
canestrelli, amaretti (bitter almond macaroons, soft
or crunchy), biscotti biscuits, and for special holidays,
panettoni and pandoro, all top quality.
