The Temple of Chocolate, Il Tempio del Cioccolato,
was born of the great passion that Antonio Le
Rose holds for the “food of the gods”. Workmanship
and production concentrates on the development of
pralines of a thousand different flavors and artistic
creations that fuse together fantasy, research, quality,
and genuine goodness. Le Rose’s son, Gianluca,
has also inherited his dedication. Together, father
and son offer the best of chocolate confections for
all occasions, create scenes in “pastigliaggio”, and
even teach classes for those who wish to become
a maître chocolatier.
