The vital ingredients for any chocolate maker, pastry-
shop, or bakery are the artisan quality and
the passion which it expresses. Total love for cacao,
for pastry art, and for one’s homeland. This
shop, on two floors, open onto the kitchen, has an
area dedicated to the sampling its wares - decorated
with young local artists’ creations - where
guests even have the option of holding evening
receptions on a theme. The hands and the passion
belong to young pastry-chef and maître chocolatier,
Leonardo Gramegna, and his parents.
