The “Frantoio Ghiglione” was established in 1920 by a family of olive oil millers for generations from the Prino Valley.
The mill’s most popular products are, of course, the PDO extra-virgin olive oil of the Taggiasca variety, which is cold pressed, unfiltered and organic, just like the pickled Taggiasca olives, the olive pâté, pesto and other typical Ligurian products, resulting from the experience of three generations. Food lovers will be able to visit the Ghiglione mill all year through, taste olive oil and other typical products, try natural olive oil soaps and cosmetics and choose from a wide range of personalised gift packs.
