The artisan pastry-maker, Buttiero Dolci per Passione
(Buttiero Desserts of Passion), specializes in
fresh and dry pastry production. It is famous for
its “amaretti di Rocchetta” (bitter almond macaroons)
made and packaged by hand, and its “chifferi”,
which are deliciously crunchy almond pastries.
They also make a serious of “Italian kisses”:
“bacetti di dama”, “baci del Moro” and the kisses
of “Desdemona”, made with hazelnut flour using
additional chocolate or honey.
