The Scoglietti di Portovenere are children of the Il Timone restaurant and pizzeria in Portovenere, where Antonella rocked the birth by completing the process with the registration of the trademark. Small shortcrust biscuits with an irregular shape from which they take their name, enriched with national pine nuts, raisins, wild fennel seeds and candied lemon peels, the last two ingredients end up in the dough directly from the large natural open field vegetable garden of Portovenere, giving scents of sun and sea with every little bite.
