Luigi Melcarne has been a shoemaker since 1978, from the age of 15. In 1985 he opened his own workshop in Genoa, then moved to Imperia where, in 1987, he started his shoemaking business also thanks to the help of his wife Paiano Luigia.
In his workshop he makes every type of repair for shoes, leather goods and seat covers for motorbikes and scooters.
The desire to become innovative in the market has recently led the “Calzoleria Da Luigi” to also undertake marine trimming and upholstery with successful results.
