With its own quarries in the Fontanabuona valley, the
slate that Cuneo & Lagomarsino produces is of the
highest of quality. It can be worked in slabs of any
dimension and surface finish, ranging from the natural
(wavy) “split” cut of the stone to more elaborated finishes.
Their slate is ideal for traditional Ligurian-style
roofing, for interior design objects, and for luxury
accessories like fireplaces, flooring, kickboards, and
counter-tops for kitchens and bathrooms. Cuneo &
Lagomarsino pays special attention to the cut of the
slate to bring out its unique refined texture.
