Since 1892, Pasticceria Valente offers its clients the best of traditional Genoese pastries. With its respect for ancient traditions and recipes, along with a full understanding of flavors and tastes, it makes croissants, cakes, fresh and dry dessert pastries that can be sampled on site with chocolate, tea, and coffee. During the Christmas season customers can enjoy Pasticceria Valente’s Genoese pandolce, soft nougat (torrone) with almonds and honey, hazelnut torrone covered with fine dark chocolate, and the special Christmas Focaccia.
