Chocolate kisses from Andora called “Baci di Andora”, and the bread of the fisherman, “pane del pescatore” are just some of the specialties of traditional Ligurian pastries and desserts reproposed and renewed by the Pasticceria Manfredini. Its thirty years of experience helps it to come up with new lines of products like pralines in forty different tastes, “colombe” (Easter cakes shaped like doves), and panettoni for the most refined tastes including fruit of the woods, apricot, and chocolate with dried fruit. Their pride and joy is “L’antico Elixir”, a liqueur made from herbs, from a recipe that has been in the family for generations.
